Planning and execution of transition service agreements to enable the buyer to stand up the organization necessary for a smooth transition
TSA agreements are needed to enable the acquirer to shape their organization before they can receive parts of the business they have bought. Typically the TSA agreement defines how long and to what extend the seller provides such services to the acquirer. Ensuring that these agreements can be turned off at the time the acquirer has stood up their organization is a vital point for both provider and user. There are many risks in setting up such agreements and we have supported the design many times.
